Pre-Wedding Planning Meeting

  • Initial Consultation: Meet with our expert coordinators to discuss your vision, preferences, and needs.
  • Vendor Management: We handle communication and coordination with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page on the day of your event.
  • Timeline: We work with your detailed schedule for your wedding day to keep everything runs seamlessly.

Day of Coordination

  • Rehearsal: We will be there to help organize and walk everyone through your wedding ceremony.
  • Set-Up & Styling: Our team handles the complete set-up of décor, table settings, and any special details.
  • Vendor Support: Ensure vendors have the support they need to execute for you!
  • Timeline Management: Oversee the schedule to ensure your ceremony happens on time and the reception begins when scheduled.
  • Reception: Our Team Lead will remain on site for the reception, up until the dance, to be there for anything you need.

Full Coordinator Package (includes setup/takedown)

A comprehensive coordination service covering a pre-wedding meeting, ceremony and reception setup, ceremony coordination, room flip, reception coordination through the first dance, and full takedown. Includes one meal for the coordinator.

Setup/Takedown Package (reception only)

We handle setup and takedown of décor, including rented or client-provided items, tables, and chairs as permitted by the venue. We’ll also transfer and style ceremony décor for the reception, pack up client items, and ensure everything is completed within venue deadlines.

Day-Of Coordination Package

We serve as the main point of contact for vendors, manage the timeline, oversee setup, coordinate arrivals and transitions, and handle unexpected issues throughout the day. The client provides the timeline, vendor contacts, and their own setup/takedown team.
